I have been extremely impressed with the support team at Hostripples, especially Isela, who provided exceptional assistance throughout a recent upgrade of my genealogy website (webtrees).

My website had been migrated from another server and was running an older version of webtrees. Isela went above and beyond by manually scanning and registering the installation into Softaculous, creating backups before any changes were made, helping diagnose PHP version issues, and ensuring that the correct PHP environment was configured for the upgrade.
