e-mail forwarders had been added to my account without my knowledge ( I had no idea who's e-mail address it was). When I finally managed to speak to an actual person in customer service, the attitude and complete disregard for my situation was just astonishing! Anyhow, I could go on & on but at the end of the day I was told that it was my problem & they'd be doing ABSOLUTELY NOTHING about it (despite me providing them all the evidence). This has had severe implications on our business and I feel that anyone considering this company should rather look elsewhere.
