Dishonest prices and service offerings
When looking at their packages, they include certain security and SEO plugin as "free". But when you go to ch
...eckout, the security features are not included as must be purchased as an "add-on". And the SEO plugin is free for 1 month, then automatically becomes a paid add-on.
I called their sales team and reported the issue, and even offered to share the screenshots of the dishonest marketing and checkout. Their sales team told me there was nothing they could do about it, but would report the issue.
So I waited a week and went back - same dishonest prices and service offerings. Took screenshots again.
Very dishonest marketing - do not trust them, keep records.
